Product Workflow:


1. Water source pretreatment: When municipal tap water, groundwater and other water sources enter the water vending machine, they will first undergo preliminary filtration through PP cotton filters, granular activated carbon filters, etc. PP cotton filter can intercept larger particles of sediment, rust and other impurities in water, while granular activated carbon filter can adsorb residual chlorine, discoloration, odor and some organic matter in water.
2. Core purification: Pre treated water will enter core purification components such as reverse osmosis (RO) membranes or ultrafiltration (UF) membranes. Taking reverse osmosis membrane as an example, its pore size is extremely small, only about 0.0001 microns. Under the pressure provided by the high-pressure pump, water molecules can pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, while bacteria, viruses, heavy metal ions (such as lead, mercury, cadmium, etc.), organic matter, inorganic salts and other impurities in water cannot pass through and are trapped on one side of the membrane, thus achieving deep purification of the water source. Although ultrafiltration membranes have slightly lower filtration accuracy than reverse osmosis membranes, they can effectively remove impurities such as large organic molecules, colloids, and bacteria from water, while retaining beneficial minerals and trace elements for the human body.
3. Water quality monitoring: Purified water will pass through a water quality monitoring system before entering the water storage tank. The system detects key indicators such as conductivity and residual chlorine content in water in real time through devices such as conductivity sensors and residual chlorine sensors, and determines whether the water quality meets the set drinking standards.
4. Intelligent control and water outlet: After the user completes the payment by scanning the code, swiping the card, or inserting coins, the intelligent control system of the water vending machine receives the payment signal, starts the water pump, and delivers the purified water in the water storage tank to the outlet through the water outlet pipeline.
